Whole duck foie gras

Thiswhole duck foie gras fresh from the Landes is selected to keep only the best. The animals are raised in freedom and grain-fed, according to the tradition of the Chalossais region. They come mainly from heavy breeds to give robust meats and quality livers.
Please note, this is not a block of foie gras, but "real" foie gras in jars.
